Our guests staying at SONNALP Studios enjoy free admission to Freizeit Arena Sölden - every day! Splendid Freizeit Arena is very close by and can be easily and comfortably reached on foot. Look forward to an adventurous indoor swimming bath with several pools, sauna area and an extensive range of sports. Basic admission is included. Wind down in the large pool filled with 30°C warm water, let yourself float away in the flow of the water channel or enjoy a soothing break on the bubble loungers and massage jets. Also included in Freizeit Arena Sölden: children's pool (32°C) featuring slide, whitewater channel, rock grotto with massage jets, sunny terrace and relaxing winter garden as well as textile sauna in the swimming pool area.

Relax in the spacious sauna area of Freizeit Arena Sölden and do something good for your strained muscles - so you will be fit for the next mountain or ski tour in the morning. Finnish Kelo log cabin sauna, herbal bath tepidarium and samarium promise a variety of sauna pleasures. Unwind in the fresh air room or enjoy the warmth of the infrared cabin.

For all those who want to work out even more after a day of skiing, there is a fully equipped fitness center with treadmills, steppers and endurance stations. Or how about a game of skittles on the fully automated lanes? There may be an extra fee for using these areas.

Freizeit Arena Sölden is located in the immediate vicinity of SONNALP Studios and is therefore easy to reach on foot. If you want to be even closer to well-being, we strongly recommend that you take a closer look at SONNALP Residences and its private wellness area. Like the studios, they are part of the SONNALP FAMILY – it means: the same living experience, the same modern equipment, the same alpine vibe. Take a look.

It gets even more relaxing at the legendary AQUA DOME. Just a few minutes by car or bus and you will explore a whole new world of relaxation covering more than 20,000 m². Thanks to unique thermal waters coming from a depth of 1,865 meters, seemingly free-floating pools on stilts against the scenic backdrop of the alpine landscape and a large sauna parlor.
